THREDDY REX COMICS

Description

[PANEL 1 - Freddy Raccoon stands on a dark couch in an office lobby with a staircase behind; Threddy stands to the right.] Freddy Raccoon: None of my employees will openly discuss their career plans with me. Threddy: What if I said I wanted to change roles and move out of your org. [PANEL 2 - Close-up on Freddy Raccoon by the couch and staircase.] Freddy Raccoon: I'd be mad that you wanted to leave. Freddy Raccoon: And worried that the team wouldn't meet its commitments. Freddy Raccoon: And annoyed that I would have to rehire someone new. [PANEL 3 - Freddy Raccoon and Threddy face each other across the lobby coffee table.] Threddy: Exactly. Freddy Raccoon: I don't understand. (Freddy can't see why his honest, self-centered reaction is exactly why his employees won't talk to him about their careers.)
