THREDDY REX COMICS

Description

[PANEL 1 - Freddy and Bee stand in an office lobby with a red bench, plants, and a staircase] Freddy: A comment in the employee poll says that early-in-career folks are struggling a bit. They lack "concrete guidance". Can you please form a plan for addressing this. Bee: I'd love to, but...I'm early-in-career too. I *wrote* that comment. I'm not sure I'd know where to begin. Freddy: Have a growth mindset and lean in. Bee: That is neither concrete nor guidance.
